We at NAVAL FOODS&BEVERAGES LLP want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order or return a product. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

 

Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it to receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order after 24 hours but before the product has shipped, we will issue a store credit of the full purchase price.

If the product has already shipped, the cancellation cannot be processed and our return policy will apply.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit, after which no cancellations or refunds can be made.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used, minus any shipping and handling fees.

If the product was damaged during shipping, please let us know within 48 hours with photos and details, and we will work with our shipping partner to file a claim for damages and arrange for a replacement.
